Submit a Bear Card Transfer Request

To advance excess Financial Aid funds to your Bear Card for the purchase of books and supplies, follow these steps:

1. On the homepage of your MyMercer, click on the Self Help Center tab in the menu on the left and then select Bear Card Transfer Request Form.
2. Click Bear Card Transfer Request Form again. **If a new page does not open, your pop up blocker will need to be disabled.
3. Enter the amount you wish to transfer to your Bear Card (up to $600), fill in the required fields, and click Submit.

**You should receive a confirmation stating that we received your Bear Card Transfer Request. You will receive another email once the funds are on your Bear Card and ready to use.
